Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing Forward Deployed Engineering team for enterprise clients.
• Partner with Account Executives, Engagement Managers, and field leaders to scope and deliver PS programs.
• Establish best practices for project oversight, risk management, and quality standards.
• Synthesize field insights to inform Engineering and Product roadmap.
• Serve as escalation point for high-stakes customer situations and mentor engineers.
