Workday's Sana team in New York City seeks an Engagement Manager to lead customer engagements end to end, ensuring successful implementation and value realization for enterprise clients.

You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, and risks; build trusted relationships with executive sponsors; and drive adoption of Sana capabilities through data‑driven success metrics, collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in MBB management consulting or equivalent.
• Direct experience leading complex implementation projects in medium or large enterprises with scope, timeline, budget and outcomes.
• Ability to engage with C-level and senior stakeholders with strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own customer engagements end to end for assigned accounts.
• Lead deployments for enterprise customers from discovery through go-live and beyond.
