Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Solution Architect to lead technical engagements across diverse Siemens Digital Industries Software offerings. You will shape end-to-end architectures, govern design decisions, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

You will drive discovery, define architecture, oversee integration, data, AI, and security aspects, and ensure alignment with customer outcomes while mentoring teams and ensuring quality across releases.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise software or digital transformation solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead solution definition through build, integration, testing, deployment, and transition to operations.
• Strong architecture skills across applications, data, integrations, workflows, security, and non-functional requirements.
• Ability to translate business processes and desired outcomes into clear solution designs, implementation guidance, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience governing technical scope, design decisions, risks, dependencies, and change across customer, partner, and distributed delivery teams.
• Excellent workshop facilitation, presentation, written communication, and executive-level technical storytelling skills.
• Willingness to travel and work across customer locations and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery workshops to understand processes, outcomes, users, data, systems, constraints and success metrics.
• Partner with Engagement Manager, Sales, Presales, and stakeholders to convert scope into an executable solution approach.
• Define end-to-end architecture across applications, data, integrations, AI, workflow, security, and operations.
• Establish solution vision, architecture principles, design decisions, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Own technical integrity of the complete solution across Siemens, customers, and partners.
• Coordinate technical activities across build, data migration, testing, deployment, and transition to operations.
• Lead technical triage and root-cause analysis for complex cross-product issues.
