Job summary

Infosys seeks an Associate Practice Engagement Manager for its Cloud and Infrastructure Services Practice. The APEM is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned account scope and collaborates with the PEM/Senior PEM to build an account plan and manage client relationships.

Role includes client delivery assurance, account governance, and performance tracking, with strong emphasis on opportunity management, pipeline development, and CXO-level engagement to deliver tailored

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; 7+ years of experience with strong sales/relationship management experience.
• Experience in Cloud Sales including App modernization, Data Modernization and Cloud Foundation.
• Significant business development and project management experience.
• Track record of CXO level client interactions and relationship building.
• Hands-on experience with proposals and leading proposal presentations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, build a portfolio, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close.
• Drive the sales strategy for data and analytics services, and identify and pursue new business opportunities in a specific vertical.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline, collaborating with vertical sales teams and engaging directly with clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, presenting tailored solutions that align with strategic objectives.
