Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Boston is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead the delivery of large Healthcare and Life Sciences transformations, orchestrating 50+ person teams of AWS builders, partners, and customers to deliver AI, data, and enterprise modernization outcomes.

You will shape program direction, ensure governance, mitigate risks, manage interdependencies, and translate delivery progress into executive-ready ROI narratives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM field.
• 5+ years leading complex, multi-workstream technology transformation programs.
• Experience in healthcare and/or life sciences industry.
• Experience with fixed-price, milestone-based delivery models.
• Experience adopting governance frameworks and AI-enabled delivery approaches.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture executive relationships (VP+), guiding program direction and outcomes.
• Proactively manage interdependencies, risks, and accountability in fast-changing environments.
• Orchestrate across business lines, IT, and partners to align priorities and success metrics.
• Define measurable customer outcomes and translate progress into ROI-focused narratives.
• Own financial health: forecasting, revenue recognition, and scope management.
• Influence teams and establish AI guardrails for AI-native delivery frameworks.
• Drive adoption of AI-DLC methodologies across delivery programs.
• Establish governance for agentic AI in delivery with observability and cost controls.
• Propose innovations to accelerate customer success at scale.
