Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead the delivery of large, complex transformation programs for Global 500 customers. You will orchestrate 50+ person teams across AWS builders, partners, and customers to achieve AI, data, and enterprise modernization outcomes.

You will manage program health, finance, and cross-functional governance while shaping executive communications and value narratives that demonstrate ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading multiple Agile teams concurrently (Scrum Masters, Product Owners).
• 5+ years leading and delivering enterprise IT engagements.
• 5+ years cloud computing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM field.
• Knowledge of the value proposition of public cloud and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture trusted executive relationships (VP+), delivering strategic counsel on program direction, health, risks, and trade-offs to inform executive decisions.
• Proactively manage inter-dependencies, mitigate risks, and drive accountability for program outcomes in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
• Orchestrate across customer lines of business, IT, and partner teams, aligning stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and definitions of success, escalating blockers for resolution.
• Define and track measurable customer business outcomes as the north star for program success, translating progress into executive-ready value narratives.
• Own the program financial health, including forecasting, revenue recognition, change requests, and scope management for fixed-price, milestone-based delivery.
• Influence delivery teams, establishing operating models and guardrails for AI-augmented development workflows.
• Drive adoption of AI-DLC methodologies across programs, establishing governance for AI-native builds and scaling multi-agent systems.
• Establish governance for agentic AI in delivery — observability, cost controls, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and compliance guardrails.
• Proactively surface ideas on how ProServe and other AWS teams can innovate to help customers accelerate achieve goals.
