This role develops data-informed insights, builds dashboards, and presents findings that drive strategies and workforce planning.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years in data analytics or related fields, with strong written and verbal communication

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in data analytics, organizational strategy, and program development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Data Analytics, or related field required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support organizational strategic systems, initiatives, and projects with evaluation, design, optimization, and department analytics.
• Develop data-informed insights, build dashboards, and present findings to drive strategies and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with Engagement & Associate Experience team and staff to support cultural development.
• Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and manage multiple tasks with timelines.
