Job summary

University Medical Center of El Paso seeks a Systems Integration Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute EMR implementation and related applications across clinical, administrative, and financial systems.

You will partner with clinical leaders, operational teams, IT, and vendors to enhance data integrity, streamline workflows, and improve reimbursement, patient care delivery, and decision-making through analytics.

Qualifications

• Three years of progressive healthcare experience with EMR implementation or system integration.
• CPHIMS or CPHI certification preferred.
• High School diploma required; an Associate's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute EMR implementation and optimization.
• Support workflows and streamline operational processes across departments.
• Leverage data analytics to identify trends and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with clinical, IT, and vendor teams to design solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, maximize reimbursement, and support patient care delivery.
