Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/geotechnical/mechanical engineering, geology, or related technical discipline.
• At least 8 years’ business development, client development, capture, account management, or consultative sales experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience selling environmental services, geotechnical and civil engineering to energy sector clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement capture plans for priority pursuits.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline with utilities and energy developers.
• Research market drivers and competitive landscape for regulated utilities.
• Lead proposal development, budgets, and resource mobilization for pursuits.
• Ensure use of pre-approved responses for prequalification packages and maintain compliance.
• Track pipeline progress and outcomes using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with client account teams to align pursuits with client value propositions.
