Job summary

OCI Energy LLC in San Antonio, TX seeks a Manager, Business Development to support the Director and EVP in divestitures, offtake and other commercial transactions across the project lifecycle.

You will prepare high-quality materials, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, manage buyer outreach and diligence, and assist with financing processes including debt sizing and post-closing obligations, with some travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in investment banking, infrastructure investing, project finance, corporate development or renewable energy transactions.
• Experience in power, utilities, infrastructure, solar or battery storage is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support divestitures by coordinating materials, outreach, diligence and closing; prepare senior-management updates.
• Serve as transaction manager for proposals for new contracts and ensure cross-functional teams deliver timely, competitive bids.
• Assist in project financing activities: lender due diligence, debt sizing, financing structures and post-closing obligations.
• Travel as needed to project sites and meetings; maintain strategic perspective while managing details.
