OCI Energy LLC in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Senior Accountant to support growing operations. Under supervision by the Controller, you will manage month-end close, general ledger, AP/AR, and fixed assets for our energy projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will prepare financial statements, analyze variances to budget, and collaborate with a small team to enable accurate reporting and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; advanced degree or MBA a plus
• Three plus (3+) years of Accounting experience
• Experience with full financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and fixed assets
• Experience with Partnerships and/or LLCs
• Construction and/or Renewable industry experience a plus
• Big 4 experience and CPA or CPA track a plus
• Strong analytical and problem resolution skills
• Self-starter with effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a growing team environment
• Oracle experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Maintain general ledger, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices
• Prepare financial statements including reports for monthly operations reviews.
• Report month-to-month activity and variances to budget with analysis
• Record cost of under construction and newly-acquired fixed assets; track fixed assets, depreciation and amortization
• Review/processing low volume, high value weekly Accounts Payable, including invoices
• Review/processing monthly invoices to customers and record cash receipts
• Assist with filing of various Government Forms as needed
• Other duties as assigned
