Job summary

OCI Energy LLC is a battery energy storage and solar project developer and owner-operator. This Manager, Business Development role supports senior BD leaders in executing project divestitures, offtake processes and related commercial transactions across the transaction lifecycle.

The position will also assist in securing and administering project debt and bonds, coordinating cross-functional teams, and preparing concise management updates for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or related field.
• MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
• Three plus (3+) years of relevant experience in investment banking, infrastructure investing, project finance, corporate development or renewable energy transactions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality transaction materials for battery energy storage and solar assets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage transaction workplans and data rooms.
• Support lender due diligence, financing proposals, debt sizing and structure evaluations.
• Assist in negotiations and closing of commercial agreements.
