Job summary

Quality Technology Services, LLC (QTS) is seeking a Senior Energy Strategy & Operations Consultant to operationalize the energy strategy and maintain a forward-looking view of power availability, interconnection status, load growth, and costs. You will own energy datasets and produce executive-ready reporting that informs growth and capital allocation in a rapidly scaling environment.

The role partners across Energy, Development, Operations and Finance to validate inputs, surface delivery risks,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field with 8+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience owning datasets, dashboards, and executive/investor reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical and modeling skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional stakeholders and produce executive-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Own energy data definitions, standards and controls for energy-related data.
• Help maintain the single source of truth for energy metrics used in executive reporting.
• Review and validate energy inputs from multiple functions ensuring site-level realities align with planning assumptions.
• Operationalize the energy strategy through metrics, dashboards and reporting.
• Produce energy-related executive, board and investor materials.
• Drive scenario analysis around load growth, market expansion and policy changes.
