Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree required.
• 3+ years of energy consulting experience in generation, renewables, transmission, distribution, natural gas, or grid edge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Project, Outlook).
• Strong leadership, project management, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work on multi-disciplinary teams and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead small project teams and deliver solutions for client problems.
• Manage projects with three to four consultants and a partner.
• Work with senior consultants and partners to maximize learning.
• Travel to client sites may be necessary.
• Contribute to energy practice methodologies and offerings.
