Job summary

ScottMadden, Inc. is seeking an Experienced HCM Consultant to join our Corporate & Shared Services practice. You will lead and contribute to a range of general management consulting engagements focused on human capital management across industries.

Travel may be required, and you will work with a senior sponsor and onboarding support to accelerate your development. Our culture rewards collaboration, initiative, and client-focused execution, with quarterly promotions and senior mentorship to help

Qualifications

• MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
• HCM consulting experience (3+ years preferred).
• Knowledge of HR Function/HR Transformation/Human Capital Management.
• Experience in Shared Services is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Project and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Join the Corporate & Shared Services practice to lead and contribute to a range of HCM engagements.
• Manage project scope, timelines and client relationships, often on multi-project assignments.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and partners to deliver client solutions.
• Travel, at the client’s discretion, may be necessary.
• Support development of methodologies, service offerings, and team growth.
