Job summary

ScottMadden, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Consultant for Corporate & Shared Services to work with leadership on consulting engagements across HCM, F&A, and supply chain.

You will join project teams and contribute from day one, collaborating with partners and senior consultants to drive practical solutions for diverse clients. Ideal candidates will have an MBA or similar advanced degree and 3+ years in related consulting.

Qualifications

• Strong project and resource management skills.
• Knowledge of leading practice HCM, F&A or supply chain service delivery models.
• Experience in creating deliverables such as process maps, project plans, change management assessments, implementation plans, communication plans, and financial models.
• Ability to contribute to the Corporate & Shared Services consulting practice and drive best practice behaviors.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and show initiative.
• Creativity and strategic thinking; ability to engage with all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities
