Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks a Senior Energy Solutions Development Engineer to drive project development across North America, engaging with public sector, schools, airports, hospitals, and large C&I facilities. Qualifications

• 5 or more years in the Energy Solutions business.
• 5 or more years working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Professional Engineering license.
• Certified Energy Manager (CEM) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform Technical Audits and Solution Development – develop an investment grade audit of facilities and provide a customer-focused solution.
• Technical Knowledge and Aptitude – understand HVAC systems and project development incl. electrification, heat pumps, geothermal, CHP, central plants.
• Communication and Proficiency with Sales – communicate at all levels to achieve sales goals and present complex ideas.
• Solution Development Process Adherence – work with diverse teams and coordinate with internal groups; generate scopes of work and financial analyses.
• Support Delivery Operations – assist post-contract engineering, design docs, and commissioning to accelerate projects.
• Develop detailed saving calculations for proposed solutions.
