Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks a Senior Energy Solutions Development Engineer to support North America project development. You will perform technical audits, develop customer-focused solutions, and coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team including sales, contracts, and delivery.

Requires PE licensure and 5+ years in energy solutions with strong HVAC, electrical, and plumbing knowledge. Experience with solar PV/BESS and project proposals is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Energy Solutions or related field.
• Deep knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Professional Engineering license required.
• CEM certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform Technical Audits and develop investment-grade facility solutions.
• Lead development of projects including electrification, heat pumps, geothermal, and CHPs.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and sales teams.
• Prepare scopes of work and financial analyses for proposals.
• Support delivery operations and post-contract engineering activities.
