Job summary

Carrier HVAC is seeking a Lead Sr. Account Executive to drive energy infrastructure solutions in the Indiana territory. This role requires significant consultative selling to agency executives in the Municipal, University, Schools, and Hospitals (MUSH) sectors.

Ideal candidates should possess a High School Diploma or GED, with over 7 years of experience in the sector, and a solid understanding of energy management consulting and government ESPC.

Competitive compensation includes a base pay plus commission.

Qualifications

• Over 7 years of experience selling solutions to Municipal, University, Schools, and/or Hospital sectors.
• 5+ years of experience directly engaging with C-Level targets.
• Understanding of public procurement for energy services.

Responsibilities

• Consultative sale and marketing of energy infrastructure solutions.
• Manage sales funnel to achieve business goals.
• Mentor junior Account Executives as needed.
