Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or other relevant degree.
• MBA, preferred.
• 10+ years of professional experience in business development.
• Experience in behind-the-meter energy management and DERs.
• Experience with solar, BESS, EMS/BEMS technologies.
• Experience structuring and commercializing energy solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate business models for B2B/BEMS offerings.
• Lead PoCs, pilots and proofs of concept with clear milestones.
• Drive customer discovery, proposals and commercialization plans.
• Oversee multi-site deployment and end-to-end solution delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for execution.
