Job summary

American Honda Motor Company, Inc. is seeking a senior Manager to lead initiatives that strengthen and expand the performance of the existing business.

The role analyzes performance data, identifies inefficiencies, and implements workflow improvements to drive efficiency, consistency, and customer satisfaction. You will partner cross‑functionally to align processes with strategic objectives and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years’ experience in PS&P Industry.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing high performance teams.
• Comprehensive expertise in project management, result tracking, and recovery/plans.
• Knowledge of Honda SED processes and Powersports and Power Equipment products.
• Experience in forecasting and tracking Sales/Production.
• Demonstrated success in building and nurturing strong internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assessment and redesign of business processes to enhance operational efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by developing process solutions that align with objectives.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure cross‑functional alignment and data‑driven decisions.
• Establish clear performance expectations and KPIs and monitor results.
• Provide direction, coaching, and development to build a high performing team.
