Job summary

Cypress Creek Energy seeks a proactive Sales Operations Specialist to support Commercial Operations. You will prepare proposals, manage CRM opportunity data, and coordinate between Pricing, Business Development, and Account Management to tailor responses for clients.

The role reports to the Vice President, Commercial Operations and is based in North Carolina with flexibility for other locations based on experience. Strong analytics and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a sales support, inside sales, or sales operations role
• 2+ years in energy sector experience preferred
• Experience managing RFP responses and proposals
• Strong communication, organization, and data-analysis capabilities
• Familiarity with CRM systems and analytics tools
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive proposals and quotes with Pricing Manager and Account Management.
• Coordinate bid intake and submittal of proposals to customers.
• Maintain accurate CRM opportunity data and manage entries.
• Hand over executed contracts and POs to internal stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact for customers during bid processes.
• Generate sales reports for forecasting and pipeline visibility.
• Own and improve SOPs for bid intake, proposal generation, and contract handovers.
• Develop and maintain proposal templates for the sales team.
