Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 4–6 years of total professional experience in field operations and construction methods.
• Knowledge of construction processes and ESCO design/commissioning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost and constructability input during design.
• Coordinate bid process and pre-bid walkthrough.
• Manage subcontract administration and submittals.
• Schedule, supervise, and coordinate subcontractor activities.
• Ensure schedule progress and update weekly/monthly schedules.
• Ensure compliance with specifications and quality control.
