Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is required.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee several concurrent energy retrofit construction projects.
• Provide constructability and cost input during the design phase.
• Coordinate and lead the bid process and pre-bid walkthroughs.
• Manage subcontractor administration and prepare subcontract agreements.
• Coordinate submittals and ensure specification compliance.
• Develop and manage master project schedules and rolling look-aheads.
• Lead construction meetings with subcontractors, engineers, and owners.
• Enforce OSHA safety practices and quality control.
• Forecast project budgets and report cost vs. budget.
• Mentor project staff and support team development.
• Travel throughout Northern California to active project sites.
