Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Project Director for our Energy team in Dallas, TX. You will oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships to ensure profitable outcomes across all lifecycle phases.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risk, and drive plan execution with a focus on safety, quality, and stakeholder communications. This role emphasizes client-first delivery and business development through multi-disciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture or Facilities Management; 15 years may substitute for education.
• Ten years of engineering, construction, real estate and/or facility services project management experience required.
• CEM, PE, LEED, CPM professional designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Single point of accountability for developing and delivering high quality solutions to customers.
• Develop technical, high value solutions to meet client’s needs with development staff.
• Oversee all project-related activities during development and transitions to implementation, maintenance & operations.
