Qualifications

• Eight (8) years’ experience in financial selling, executive selling or performance contracting with leadership responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, construction management or equivalent business experience required.

Responsibilities

• Builds and owns market strategies focusing on larger institutional clients.
• Develops and communicates SWOT analyses and market strategies.
• Lands large contracts with financial/technical complexity.
• Facilitates team selling with cross‑functional stakeholders and McKinstry Executives.
• Maintains robust opportunity pipeline and sales forecast.
• Provides feedback to improve processes, channels, and communication.
