Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Project Manager - Energy to lead energy services projects for large accounts from Dallas, TX. This role emphasizes ownership of complex ESCO projects with regional construction focus and multi-day travel to Montana.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture or Facilities Management or equivalent work experience required.
• Three to five (3-5) years of leadership over project teams with experience in engineering, construction, facilities services required.
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Project required.
• Working knowledge of scheduling software: Microsoft Project required.
• Experience with a General Contractor or Major Mechanical Subcontractor preferred.
• Professional designations such as PE, CFM, CEM, CPM, LEED, CHC are a plus.

Responsibilities
