You will guide Project Managers, manage client relations, and ensure safety and quality compliance across project lifecycles. The position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and an ability to balance competing demands while navigating high-stakes environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (AEC) with 6+ years of experience or 10 years in equivalent roles.
• Master’s Degree in related field (AEC) preferred.
• Experience managing large projects or programs in a professional setting.
• Strong organizational, time-management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee highly complex projects or multi-project programs.
• Develop and communicate the Project Management Plan including scope, schedule, budget and safety protocols.
• Manage project scope, budgets and resources to meet client expectations and timelines.
• Maintain schedules, identify delays, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project success and compliance with contract terms.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and development for junior Project Managers.
• Prepare and review monthly progress reports and financials.
