Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for energy projects. This role oversees complex, multi-project programs, guiding project managers toward cohesive, large-scale outcomes. Strong leadership, organizational acumen, and risk management are essential to navigate from inception through delivery.

The candidate will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, manage budgets and resources, and ensure quality and safety standards across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and minimum of 6 years of professional experience, or 10 years total experience.
• Master's degree in related field preferred.
• Proven track record in expanding project management duties and managing large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of projects, including technical staff and subcontractors, to ensure timely completion.
• Develop and communicate the Project Management Plan with objectives, scope, schedule, budget, and safety protocols.
• Control project scope, schedule, and budget to align with client expectations and requirements.
