Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager V to lead and manage smaller-scale projects within the Energy Project Management path.

The role focuses on coordinating technical staff, managing subconsultants, and liaising with vendors to ensure timely project completion. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of project management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a willingness to grow under Senior Project Managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (AEC Industry) and minimum of 2 years of related professional experience, or 6 years of equivalent professional experience.
• Master's Degree in related field (AEC Industry) preferred
• Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate project teams.
• Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project management software and tools, with the ability to develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and documentation.
• Understanding of industry standards and best practices related to project management, quality assurance, and safety protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Negotiation skills to manage contracts, scope changes, and stakeholder agreements effectively.

Responsibilities

• Fully manage all required project management and technical deliverables required in contract scope of work.
• Read and interpret technical documents required for project execution.
• Manage all aspects of the project management and technical deliverables including budgets and schedules.
• Provide monthly project progress reports and participate in Project Review Meetings.
• Identify new business opportunities, coordinate and participate in project presentations to clients and other external groups.
