Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Energy projects across Sparks, Cincinnati, and Pittsburgh.

You will lead complex programs, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and drive projects from inception to delivery with a focus on schedule, budget, and client satisfaction. Ideal candidates have extensive PM experience in energy/engineering, strong leadership, and proficiency with PM tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in related field (AEC) with 6+ years of experience, or 10 years equivalent.
Master's Degree in related field (AEC) preferred.
Experience in project management roles and handling large-scale projects.
Proficient in project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of projects, including technical staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Develop and communicate the Project Management Plan (scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety).
Develop project scopes of work and contract documents.
Maintain schedules and budgets; manage risks and changes.
Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance.
Serve as primary client contact and coordinate with stakeholders.
Allocate resources and monitor performance and cash management.
Prepare monthly progress and financial reports.
