KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager VI for our Energy Practice in Pittsburgh.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of project coordination in Pennsylvania state and municipal policy awareness, with strong leadership and client-management skills. As a Project Manager VI, you will oversee multiple subconsultants, vendors, and a broader portfolio, driving design, coordination, and delivery from planning through completion while maintaining budgets and schedules to ensure client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; 3+ years PM experience or 7 years in electric distribution.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience leading projects, managing budgets, schedules, and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution and Technical Oversight: manage all required project management and technical deliverables within the contract scope.
• Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan including objectives, scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety.
• Lead cross-functional teams, coordinate subconsultants, and monitor project risks and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with state and municipal requirements and client specifications.
• Maintain client communication as the primary point of contact; report progress and issues.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget while upholding high quality standards.
