Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager III to lead generation and energy management projects across multiple locations, including Hartford, Albany, Reading, Atlanta, Tampa, and Knoxville. You will guide project scope, schedule, and budget while partnering with clients to solve complex energy challenges.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, drive proposals, monitor financials, and ensure contract compliance, delivering value through innovative energy solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Science, Planning, Engineering Management, or related field required.
• Minimum of 9 years of industry experience, including 6 years of project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development and create scopes, schedules, and budgets with technical teams.
• Serve as primary client partner with strong communication throughout each project.
• Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and coordinate tasks across multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, approvals, and quality controls per contract.
• Oversee project financials including budgets, forecasts, revenue, and cash flow.
