Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager III to lead diverse generation and energy management projects across multiple sites, delivering value through planning, scheduling, budgeting, and client collaboration.

You will manage financials, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and drive proposal development while maintaining strong client relationships and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, science, planning, or related field is required.
• PE license is required.
• 9+ years of industry experience with 6+ years in project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development and create clear scopes, schedules, and budgets with technical teams.
• Serve as the primary client partner, ensuring proactive communication.
• Develop WBS and coordinate tasks across multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, and quality controls.
• Oversee project financials including budgets, forecasts, revenue, and cash flow.
• Direct contract administration and subcontractor coordination.
• Lead regular project meetings and provide progress updates.
• Support marketing efforts and growth of CHA's Energy Management portfolio.
