Job summary

City of New York is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Agency Planning and Implementation within the Energy Management unit to drive energy efficiency, electrification, and emissions reduction across agencies. You will lead a small team and partner with DEM and agency staff to advance capital projects aligning with LL97 targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in architecture or related field.
• Two years of experience in energy efficiency or energy conservation work.
• Four years of full-time experience in energy generation or conservation work.
• Master's degree may count as additional experience after meeting minimum requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct portfolio-level planning with agencies to prioritize energy projects.
• Evaluate energy and emission reduction progress toward LL97 targets.
• Coordinate quality assurance across internal teams for project delivery.
• Supervise project managers and analysts within the team.
