Job summary

Heartline Staffing is seeking a Project Manager for a full-time, on-site energy‑efficiency assignment in New York City. You will oversee projects from intake through final payment, coordinating with subcontractors, customers, equipment vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality and safety standards.

The immediate project is located in Queens, NY, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
3–5 years of energy efficiency or PM experience required.
Experience managing projects from inception to close.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient with spreadsheets, PM software, and office tools.
Valid driver's license and U.S. work authorization required.
On-site work at customer locations in NYC area.

Responsibilities

Manage energy‑efficiency projects from intake through completion and final payment.
Coordinate with contractors, customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Review project inspections and supporting documentation.
Prepare bid packages and assist with contractor selection.
Compare and analyze project bids and maintain tracking.
Ensure compliance with hazardous‑waste handling requirements.
Monitor milestones, reporting, and follow‑up activities.
