Job summary

Walker-Miller Energy Services seeks a Senior Program Manager, Strategy & Planning to lead forecasting, performance management, and continuous improvement for energy efficiency programs. You will collaborate with the Portfolio Manager, functional leaders, and clients to optimize participation and outcomes.

You will translate data into strategic recommendations, drive cross-functional planning, and mentor teams to align with long-term portfolio goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5+ years in Program Management and energy efficiency industry.
• Leadership experience across fast-paced environments.
• Strong financial & project management skills.
• Proven ability to mentor teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities
