• Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Six years in energy project development, utility procurement or finance/consulting roles.
• Six years of data center colocation and leasing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations and structuring for data center colocation/leasing contracts and energy supply agreements.
• Support growth of Google's data center portfolio through energy due diligence in site selection and development.
• Shape strategy for Google's energy procurement program including carbon-free energy initiatives.
• Prepare investment memos and approvals with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Manage strategic relationships with utilities, IPPs, project developers, and partners.
