Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Computer Science, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
• 12+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Strong knowledge of energy management, power generation, electrical systems, energy supply markets, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading complex technical projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for Caterpillar's energy infrastructure and oversee CHP facility in Mossville, IL.
• Lead utility interconnection activities, telemetry implementation, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop capital project scopes, support bid reviews, oversee commissioning and change management.
• Build relationships with utility providers, grid operators, regulators, and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement across safety, reliability, and asset performance.
