Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Computer Science, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
• 12+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Strong knowledge of energy management, power generation, electrical systems, energy supply markets, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading complex technical projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for Caterpillar's energy infrastructure and CHP facilities.
• Lead energy management, power generation, and automation initiatives.
• Support capital project scopes, bid reviews, commissioning, and change management processes.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, EHS, Sustainable Development, Governmental Affairs, and Electric Power Division teams.
• Drive cost optimization and reliability improvements across Caterpillar's energy portfolio.
