Job summary

DNV Energy Systems North America is seeking a Principal Project Manager with deep technical and commercial expertise in energy technologies and/ or project financing for M&A advisory. The successful candidate will lead complex transactions and strengthen client relationships.

You will provide senior-level project management and technical advisory services, oversee delivery, mentor junior staff, and translate experience into repeatable methods, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in energy technologies and/or project financing for M&A advisory.
• Strong leadership and complex deal-management capabilities.
• Ability to mentor and develop project management talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-value M&A engagements and provide senior advisory services.
• Serve as Project Sponsor or senior reviewer for selected engagements; manage scope, schedule and budget.
• Grow key customer relationships and translate experience into repeatable methods and tools.
• Coordinate internal experts across engineering, energy assessment, and financial disciplines.
