• Lead the most complex, high-value M&A engagements as a trusted advisor.
• Provide senior project management and technical advisory services.
• Develop Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Associate PMs.
• Identify technical risks and communicate implications to customers.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary reviews and ensure delivery quality.
• Lead proposals and client engagement strategies.
