Job summary

TAR is building out scalable energy infrastructure to power AI data centers, combining solar, storage, and gas generation assets. The Head of Corporate Development will own capital raises, off-take agreements, joint ventures, and M&A, interfacing directly with founders and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate development, investment banking, infrastructure private equity, or project finance.
• Track record as the accountable deal owner on complex transactions from first conversation through close.
• Deep command of project finance structures: SPVs, non-recourse debt, tax credit monetization.

Responsibilities

• Own project equity raises for campus SPVs from outreach to close.
• Lead debt execution across construction and project-level facilities.
• Structure and close project financing for gas generation assets alongside solar and storage campuses.
• Support the CEO on corporate equity raises, owning the model and data room.
