Job summary

TAR develops, builds, owns, and operates fully islanded solar and storage campuses that deliver firm power to AI data centers, with no utility interconnection and no gas generation. You will own financing execution end to end, from term sheet through diligence, documentation, and close, working live in Austin or other key markets.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years in investment banking or project finance.
• Experience owning significant workstreams on live transactions.
• Strong financial modeling of complex project finance structures.
• Ability to manage external advisors and counterparty workstreams.
• Clear written investment memos and term sheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead financing execution across construction, debt, tax equity and ITC transfers.
• Structure and document offtake and credit support arrangements.
• Build and defend live deal models with debt sizing, DSCR, and returns.
• Manage external counsel and financial advisors through closing.
• Coordinate across development, legal, procurement, and policy to ground financing in reality.
• Prepare investor and lender materials and present to committees.
