Job summary

ARM Group LLC seeks a Civil or Environmental Project Manager with land development experience to lead energy and power projects in the Mid-Atlantic. You will manage design, permitting, and reporting, interfacing with engineers, regulators, and clients to deliver successful outcomes.

The role involves coordinating stormwater and permitting efforts, producing calculations and reports, and developing CAD drawings while ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, or other mid-Atlantic state(s).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil or Environmental engineering from an accredited program.
• 5+ years of experience in land development or land use permitting.
• Experience with stormwater management plans, erosion and sediment control, and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate development, design and permitting of multiple projects in the Mid-Atlantic with focus on Maryland.
• Prepare and review engineering designs and permit applications to acquire approvals.
• Maintain schedules, coordinate with subcontractors, and manage people and materials to meet budget and timeline.
• Monitor progress, assess risks, and develop solutions; present findings to stakeholders.
