- Experience leading multi-disciplinary staff and engaging clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of complex energy projects for clients in urban and regional settings.
- Develop energy system designs including geothermal, district energy, and renewables.
- Manage internal and external teams, mentor junior staff, and build client relationships.
- Support pursuit of new commissions and bid proposals.
