Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in geothermal energy and permitting.
• Experience in account management, business development, and regulatory permitting in the United States.
• Established client relationships within geothermal energy generation.
• Experience coordinating with federal/state environmental and ecological agencies (BLM, USFWS, EPA).
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Expand existing client accounts with account managers and leadership.
• Develop, sustain, and grow relationships with geothermal energy clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in geothermal energy.
• Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Oversee environmental permitting processes for geothermal plants and related projects.
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies and internal teams to ensure compliance.
