Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a Senior Geothermal Energy Project Manager to lead complex geothermal projects across the Western United States. The role blends client development, technical leadership, and environmental permitting in a dynamic consulting setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience in account management, business development, and regulatory permitting in the United States.
Existing client relationships in geothermal energy generation with a proven track record.
Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Expand existing client accounts with account managers and market leads.
Develop and grow relationships with geothermal energy clients.
Identify and pursue new opportunities within geothermal energy.
Lead multidisciplinary teams on geothermal projects and related environmental services.
Lead regulatory permitting and ensure compliance for geothermal plants.
Collaborate nationally to assemble project resources and teams.
