Hitachi Energy USA INC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large electrical EPC projects in North America, focusing on energy systems and substations. You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and provide strategic risk and contract management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires 8+ years in complex EPC projects, experience with SAP/MS Project, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, PM, or Construction Management.
• 8+ years managing large, multi-faceted electrical EPC projects.
• Experience with SAP, MS Project and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project execution plans, scope, schedules and deliverables.
• Own project financial performance including budgets, forecasts and margins.
• Lead risk and opportunity management for successful outcomes.
• Manage scope changes, claims and contract approvals.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain for procurement strategies and awards.
• Serve as primary customer contact and provide project reporting.
• Coordinate quality activities and support audits.
• Work with EHS to enforce safety plans and regulatory compliance.
