Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Energy Engineer to join our energy team. This role focuses on developing energy, water, and greenhouse gas strategies for commercial real estate clients, leading energy-saving initiatives, and conducting energy audits.

The successful candidate will have strong data analysis, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to work across disciplines and travel up to 12 days per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 5-8 years of related experience.
• Experience developing decarbonization and energy efficiency strategies for CRE.
• Strong communication and writing abilities for client interaction.
• Willingness to travel up to 12 days per month.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of energy saving strategies and emissions reduction measures for existing buildings.
• Prepare preliminary cost estimates for recommended measures.
• Perform ASHRAE Level I & II Energy Audits in existing buildings.
• Support retro-commissioning and energy modeling tasks.
• Provide written technical reports and present findings to clients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support business development in ESG.
